    In short, to monitor your Child's or Employee's activities, you Install the KEY24 Software and App on their device. Once installed, the KEY24 app will collect information such as location, call logs, text messages and social media apps, browsing history, and more from your child's or employee's devices.


    This data is encrypted before being sent to KEY24 Servers and transmitted to your KEY24 account. You can view this data by logging into your secure online account, which is created for you when you purchase the software.


    Everything you need to get started is sent electronically via email. This Includes Installation Instructions and a Download Link for the software for Android and iOS mobile devices, macOS and Windows operating systems, and License Activation.


    To install the app and software, you will need temporary physical access (approximately two to five minutes) to the target phone or computer. During this time, you must carefully follow the installation instructions to avoid any problems.   • How can I enter the KEY24 Dashboard?

    To access the KEY24 dashboard or user panel, follow these steps:

    On any device connected to the internet, open a web browser like Chrome.

    Go to our website at https://key24.app/.

    Click on the "Login to User Panel" button.

    Enter your KEY24 username & password and click on the "Login" button again. If you have not yet created an account, you must first Sign Up.

    Once logged in, you will be directly taken to the KEY24 dashboard, where you can monitor and track the activity of your connected devices.

  • What devices are compatible with KEY24 Software?

    KEY24 Software is compatible with all Android smartphones and tablets (from Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google, Motorola, etc.) and works well on all iOS iPhones, iPads, PCs and laptops, and Windows and macOS operating systems.   • Can Deleted Messages be Viewed With KEY24?

    Yes, with the KEY24 App, you can monitor Received and Sent Messages that have been Deleted after the app was installed.This includes both received and sent chats from social media apps such as Skype, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., that have been deleted. For IOS, KEY24 can access text messages, SMS, and messages backed up using iCloud, even if they have been deleted from the device. However, data that was deleted before being backed up cannot be recovered.

        4. In the user panel, select the devices you want to monitor and click on the “Buy Subscription” button.

        5. You will be directed to the subscription plans page. Choose the Subscription plan that fits your needs.

        6. After selecting the plan, complete the purchase process.

        7. Once you have purchased the subscription plan, we will send the download link for the KEY24 software you need to your email.

  • After purchase, how long will it take to receive the KEY24 Software?

    After completing the purchase process, the Download Link for the KEY24 Software will be sent to your email instantly. You will receive an email containing the Download Link, Installation instructions, username, password, and License. You can immediately download and install the software. If you did not find the email containing the KEY24 software download link in your inbox, please also check your (Spam) or (Junk folder).

  • How do I remove the KEY24 app from Android phones and tablets?

    Removing the KEY24 app from the dashboard of Android phones and tablets:

        1.    First, log into your Control Panel.

        2.    Click on the Dashboard menu in the upper Left corner.

        3.    The Menu will open, and the “Devices” option will be displayed. Select it. Then the information of your Android device will be displayed. Click on the “Delete” button.

        4.    After clicking the “Delete” button, all data will be erased from our servers, and your connection to the device will be terminated.

    Removing the KEY24 app from the settings of Android phones and tablets:

        1.    Open the settings: You can access the settings by pulling down the status bar and clicking on the gear icon, or by finding the settings app in the app list.

        2.    Go to the apps section: Depending on your device, this option may be labeled “Apps & Notifications” or simply “Apps”.

        3.    View the list of all installed apps and find an app named “KEY24 + system.wifi”. Select it by tapping on the app name “KEY24 + system.wifi”.

        4.    Tap on the “Uninstall” button. This button may also be labeled “Remove” or “Delete”.

        5.    Confirm that you want to uninstall the app. On some devices, you may be asked to confirm whether you want to delete the app.

        6.    Wait for the app to be uninstalled. It may take a few seconds for the app to be removed.

    In order to uninstall KEY24 software from your target phone or  tablet, you can contact a customer Support representative.

  • How do I uninstall the KEY24 software for iPhones and iPads?

    To Remove iOS Devices, simply log into your user panel and tap on the Dashboard Menu in the upper left corner. The “Devices” option will be displayed; select it and then the information of your iPhone and iPad will be shown. Click on the “Delete” button. After clicking on the “Delete” button, all data will be erased from our servers and your connection to the device will be terminated. Since the app is not installed on the iOS device and our app uses iCloud, you don’t need to do anything on the phone.

  • How do I uninstall the KEY24 software for Windows and PC?

    To remove KEY24 software from Windows and PC, follow these steps:

    Through the KEY24 Online Control Panel:


    Go to the KEY24 online control panel.

    In the top left corner, click on the "Dashboard" menu.

    Click on "Devices".

    Your Windows device information will be displayed.

    Click on "Delete".


    To remove KEY24 software from Windows laptops and PCs:

    Go to the following path: C:\Users\KEY24\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Network (Replace with your actual username)

    Find the KEY24 folder.

    Right-click on the KEY24 folder and select "Uninstall". 

  • How do I uninstall the KEY24 software for macOS?

    To remove KEY24 software from macOS, follow these steps:

    Through the KEY24 Online Control Panel:

    Go to the KEY24 online control panel.

    In the top left corner, click on the "Dashboard" menu.

    Click on "Devices".

    Your macOS device information will be displayed.

    Click on "Delete".

    To remove KEY24 software from macOS:

    Go to the following path: /Macintosh HD/Users/(Replace with your actual username)KEY24

    Find the KEY24 folder.

    Look for "KEY24" or any application name that might be related to KEY24.

    If you find it, drag the application icon to the Trash.

    Right-click on Trash and select "Empty Trash."

  • What do I need to install the KEY24 software on a target phone or tablet?

    You must have physical access to the employee or child's phone or tablet and require their permission to proceed. You will also need to know any passwords, passcodes, etc. to unlock the phone or tablet. You can start the installation process once you are ready.

  • Can I install the KEY24 software remotely?

    No, the device in question must be accessible for the KEY24 Software to be installed. After the initial installation, you will not need to have access to the device for subsequent updates. This software cannot be installed remotely.

  • How many devices can I install KEY24 on to?

    You can only install KEY24 software on one device by purchasing a license. If you want to use another device during your subscription period, you must delete your current device from your user panel and transfer the license to the new device. You can repeat this process as many times as you like during your subscription period.

  • Can the support team help me install the KEY24 software remotely?

  • Can I remotely turn on the device’s GPS?

    Yes, you can remotely turn on the device’s GPS and request to see the live location on the map.

  • Can I remotely turn the device’s Wi-Fi on and off?

    Yes, it is possible to turn the device’s Wi-Fi on and off remotely because the software consists of both offline and online components, with the offline component executing this command.

  • Does the Android phone need to be rooted to install the KEY24 software?

    No, installing the KEY24 software does not require the phone to be rooted.

  • Does the iOS device need to be jailbroken to install the KEY24 app?

    No, there is no need to install the KEY24 app because we use iCloud, and there is no need to jailbreak the iOS device.

  • Does changing the SIM card affect the performance of the KEY24 app?

    No, changing the SIM card does not affect the performance of the KEY24 app. This app is not SIM card dependent and only requires an internet connection. As long as the device is connected to the internet, the KEY24 app will continue to work and you will receive all information.

  • What should I do if I accidentally installed the software on my own phone?

    If you accidentally installed the KEY24 software on your own phone, follow these steps:

        1. Log into your user panel.

        2. Select the “Dashboard” menu.

        3. Click on “Devices.”

        4. Select the device where you mistakenly installed the software and click on the “Delete” button.

    After removing the incorrect device, you can install the software on your child’s phone. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a new activation code.

  • Can I install the KEY24 app remotely?

    No, The remote installation of the KEY24 Monitoring Application is not possible. You must have physical access to the target Phone or Computer for 5 to 10 minutes to use the KEY24 monitoring app. You only need physical access once to install the app on the Phone or Computer/PC.

  • My child uses a specific social networking application, and I want to add it to the KEY24 monitoring app list How can I make this request?

    We are always looking to expand the list of supported monitoring applications for KEY24. If you would like to add a specific social media application to our list, please submit your request through our technical support contact form and provide the name of the application or the download link for the application you want to add to your KEY24 user panel list. Our support team will review these requests and add new applications to the list if possible.

  • Why can’t I log back into the KEY24 app after logging out?

    If you are unable to log back into the KEY24 app after logging out, please follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you are using the correct username, password, or license.

    2. Make sure your internet connection is active and stable.

    3. If you still have trouble, enter the correct 15-digit IMEI number of the device.

    4. If you receive the error message “status Error message invalid inputs! Data the IMEI 1 hes…,” you need to log in to your KEY24 user panel, go to the dashboard menu, and click on “Device.” Your device will be displayed there; select the Delete option (which is in red) to remove the device from your panel. Then you can log back into the KEY24 app and complete the settings.

  • How can I find the IMEI number and serial number of my phone to install the KEY24 app on an Android device?

    To find the IMEI number and serial number of your Android phone and install the KEY24 app, follow these steps:

    1. Method 1: Dial *#06# on your phone. This code will directly display the IMEI number.

    2. Method 2: Go to your phone’s settings -> About Phone -> Status -> IMEI Information.

  • I forgot the Password to the KEY24 Panel What should I do?

    If you can’t find the password for the KEY24 panel, please follow these steps:

    1. “Forgot Password” Option: Go to the KEY24 Panel Login page and click on the “Forgot Password” option. Then enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam or junk email folder.

    2. Contact Support: If you still can’t reset your password, please contact the KEY24 support team for assistance.
